MX 250
MX 250 is a compact Turning Machining Center developed for precise, stable and productive machining. It offers a standard turning diameter of Ø150 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø150 mm and a swing over bed of Ø350 mm, with a maximum turning length of 250 mm.
The machine provides 85 mm X-axis travel and 250 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min on both axes. Its A2-5 spindle features a Ø54 mm spindle bore, Ø42 mm maximum bar capacity and spindle speeds from 50 to 4000 RPM for versatile turning operations.
Equipped with an HTP-80 turret with 8 stations, 25 × 25 mm tool size and up to Ø40 mm boring bar capacity, the MX 250 supports accurate, repeatable production. It also features an MT4 tailstock, with positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm.
