The DTC 600 offers a practical machining range with 600 mm X-axis travel, 420 mm Y-axis travel, and 330 mm Z-axis travel, supported by rapid feed rates of 48/48/48 m/min. Its 700 × 420 mm table supports a maximum safe load of 250 kg, making it well suited for fast, efficient component machining.
Built around a rigid structure, the machine uses FG260 grade cast iron for its major construction parts to provide harmonic stability and effective damping during cutting. Heavy-ribbed base and column construction further support stability, reduced distortion, and consistent machining performance.
The BT30 direct inline drive spindle delivers speeds up to 12,000 rpm, with 15,000 rpm available, while continuous power is rated at 5.5/7.5 kW. A 21-tool ATC supports quick production cycles, while positional accuracy of 0.010/300 mm and repeatability of 0.007/300 mm help maintain reliable precision.
