GX 100 TWIN
GX 100 TWIN is a compact twin-spindle turning center designed for precise, stable and productive machining. It offers a standard turning diameter of Ø100 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø200 mm and a swing over bed of Ø375 mm, with a maximum turning length of 140 mm.
The machine provides 360 mm X-axis travel and 420 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min on both axes. Its A2-5 spindle features a Ø54 mm spindle bore, Ø42 mm bar capacity and spindle speeds from 50 to 4000 RPM for versatile turning operations.
Equipped with a 10-tool arrangement, 25 × 25 mm tool size and up to Ø32 mm boring bar capacity, the GX 100 TWIN is built for accurate, repeatable production. Positioning accuracy is 0.008 mm with repeatability of 0.007 mm, supporting consistent machining performance.
