VX 300
The VX 300 offers a 320 mm maximum turning diameter, 500 mm swing over bed, and 325 mm maximum turning length, with a distance between centers of 350 mm. Its slide configuration provides 170 mm X-axis travel and 325 mm Z-axis travel, supported by rapid feed rates of 30 m/min on both axes.
The machine features an A2-5 spindle nose, 54 mm spindle bore, 42 mm maximum bar capacity, and a 165 mm 3-jaw chuck. Its spindle operates from 50 to 4000 rpm, with a full power range of 1000–3000 rpm and motor ratings of 5.5/7.5 kW.
An 8-station turret with 25 × 25 mm tool size and 40 mm maximum boring bar capacity provides versatile tooling capability. Positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm support precise, consistent machining performance.
