The VX 300 Super offers a 320 mm maximum turning diameter, 500 mm swing over bed, and 325 mm maximum turning length, with 350 mm distance between centers. Its slide configuration provides 170 mm X-axis travel and 325 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 30 m/min on both axes.
The machine features an A2-6 spindle nose, 63 mm spindle bore, 51 mm maximum bar capacity, and a 200 mm 3-jaw chuck. Its spindle operates from 50 to 3500 rpm, with a full power range of 1000–3000 rpm and motor ratings of 7.5/11 kW.
An 8-station turret with 25 × 25 mm tool size and 40 mm maximum boring bar capacity supports versatile machining operations. Positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm provide precise, consistent performance across production cycles.
