The machine is equipped with an 18.5/22 kW high-torque spindle operating at speeds up to 900 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Its BTP-125 turret with 8 tool stations enables fast, dependable tool indexing, while the 610 mm chuck and maximum turning diameter of 800 mm support large, demanding machining operations.
Built for accurate, repeatable results, the VTX 800 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports stable cutting, controlled vibration, consistent surface finish, and dependable dimensional accuracy across extended production cycles.
With approximate dimensions of 2530 × 3110 × 3710 mm and a machine weight of around 10,500 kg, the VTX 800 combines an expanded turning capacity with a strong industrial platform.
