The VTX 600 is a high-rigidity CNC turning centre engineered for heavy-duty machining, delivering exceptional cutting performance, stability, and precision for demanding industrial applications. Its robust construction and advanced spindle system ensure consistent productivity across continuous manufacturing operations.
Powered by a 15/18.5 kW spindle motor, the machine operates at speeds up to 1,200 rpm with cutting feed rates of up to 10,000 mm/min. A BTP-125 turret with 8 tool stations, a 380 mm chuck capacity, and a maximum turning diameter of 600 mm provide the strength and flexibility required for machining large, complex components with confidence.
Designed for dependable accuracy, the VTX 600 offers positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. With machine dimensions of 2200 × 2600 × 3120 mm and an approximate weight of 7,500 kg, it delivers excellent structural rigidity while supporting both Fanuc 0i TF Plus and Siemens 828D control systems for seamless integration into modern production environments.
