VTX 500
The VTX 500 is a heavy-duty CNC turning centre engineered to deliver superior rigidity, precision, and reliable performance for medium to large-scale machining applications. Built for continuous production, it combines powerful spindle performance with exceptional machining stability.
Equipped with an 11/15 kW spindle motor, the VTX 500 operates at speeds up to 1,500 rpm and supports cutting feed rates of up to 10,000 mm/min. Its 8-station BTP-100 turret enables fast, dependable tool indexing, while the 380 mm chuck capacity and 500 mm maximum turning diameter provide the flexibility to machine larger, more demanding components with confidence.
Designed for consistent machining accuracy, the VTX 500 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Measuring 1707 × 2350 × 2880 mm and weighing approximately 5,200 kg, the machine offers a rigid platform for high-performance turning. It is available with both Fanuc 0i TF Plus and Siemens 828D control systems, ensuring seamless integration into modern manufacturing environments.
