The machine offers a standard turning diameter of 250 mm, a maximum turning diameter of 400 mm and a maximum swing diameter of 625 mm. With a maximum turning length of 400 mm, it supports versatile production requirements across different industrial applications.
Its powerful spindle delivers 11/15 kW output with a maximum speed of 2,200 rpm. The machine includes a BTP-100 turret with 8 tool stations, a 25 × 25 mm tool shank size and a maximum boring bar diameter of 40 mm for smooth, dependable tool performance.
Built for accurate, repeatable results, the VTX–400 achieves positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. With dimensions of 1667 × 2276 mm, a height of 2720 mm and an approximate weight of 4500 kg, it is available with Fanuc 0i TF Plus and Siemens 828D control systems.
