The machine is equipped with an 18.5/22 kW high-torque spindle operating at speeds up to 600 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. A heavy-duty 8-station BTP-160 turret, 800 mm chuck capacity, and maximum turning diameter of 1,000 mm provide outstanding stability and machining capability for large, complex components.
Built for accurate, repeatable results, the VTX 1000 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid construction minimizes vibration, improves surface finish, and maintains dependable dimensional accuracy even during demanding, long-duration machining operations.
With approximate dimensions of 2850 × 3530 × 3800 mm and a machine weight of around 12,500 kg, the VTX 1000 combines an expanded machining envelope with a robust industrial platform. It is available with Fanuc 0i TF Plus and Siemens 828D control systems, ensuring seamless integration into modern manufacturing environments.
