The machine features a BT40 spindle with a speed range of 80 to 8,000 rpm and a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Rated spindle power options of 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW provide stable, controlled performance across a broad range of machining operations. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with 24 tools enables fast, reliable tool changes, while random tool selection improves workflow efficiency.
Engineered for precise, repeatable machining, the Vibrant 700 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports consistent surface quality, dependable dimensional control, and reduced vibration during extended production runs.
