The machine is equipped with a BT40 main spindle operating from 80 to 8,000 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Rated spindle power is available in 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW configurations. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with 20 tools supports fast, reliable tool changes, while random tool selection helps reduce non-cutting time and improve overall productivity.
Built for demanding accuracy, the Vibrant 400 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid structure, controlled machining range, and balanced power characteristics support consistent surface quality and dependable dimensional control across repeated production cycles.
With approximate dimensions of 1911 × 2618 × 2500 mm and a machine weight of around 3150 kg, the Vibrant 400 combines a space-efficient footprint with strong industrial capability.
