TMC 300 SUPER
The TMC 300 SUPER is a powerful, versatile CNC turning machine engineered for precise, dependable machining of complex components. Its enhanced spindle configuration, live-tool turret and integrated tailstock provide a capable, production-ready platform for demanding turning and driven-tool operations.
It offers a 500 mm swing over bed, 250 mm swing over carriage, 250 mm maximum turning diameter, 320 mm maximum turning length and 370 mm distance between centers. The machine provides 135 mm X-axis travel and 320 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feeds of 30 m/min on both axes.
The A2-6 spindle features a 63 mm spindle bore, 51 mm maximum bar capacity and 200 mm 3-jaw chuck, with a 50–3500 RPM speed range. A 12-station BMT-45 live-tool turret, with all 12 stations driven, delivers up to 4000 RPM live-tool speed through a 2.2 kW motor. The MT-4 tailstock with 70 mm quill diameter and 80 mm quill stroke further supports stable, flexible machining.
