TMC 250 SUPER
The TMC 250 SUPER is a compact, high-performance CNC turning machine designed for precise and productive component machining. Its live-tool configuration combines reliable turning capability with driven-tool flexibility for more versatile machining operations.
With a 450 mm swing over bed, 180 mm swing over carriage, 180 mm maximum turning diameter and 250 mm maximum turning length, the machine provides a practical machining envelope for compact and medium-sized components. X-axis and Z-axis travels are 100 mm and 250 mm, with rapid feeds of 30 m/min on both axes.
The A2-6 main spindle features a 63 mm spindle bore, 51 mm maximum bar capacity and 200 mm 3-jaw chuck, operating from 50–3500 RPM. A 12-station VDI-30 live-tool turret, with all 12 stations driven, supports 4000 RPM live-tool speed and a 2.2 kW live-tool motor, providing flexible, production-ready machining capability.
