MX 135
MX 135 is a compact Turning Machining Center developed for precise, stable and productive machining. It offers a standard turning diameter of Ø170 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø200 mm and a swing over bed of Ø350 mm, with a maximum turning length of 250 mm.
The machine provides 110 mm X-axis travel and 250 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min on both axes. Its A2-4 spindle features a Ø40 mm spindle bore, Ø25 mm maximum bar capacity and spindle speeds from 50 to 4000 RPM for versatile turning operations.
Equipped with an HTP-63 turret with 8 stations, 20 × 20 mm tool size and up to Ø32 mm boring bar capacity, the MX 135 supports accurate, repeatable production. It also features an MT4 tailstock, with positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm.
