It provides a swing over carriage of Ø500 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø500 mm over the full length, and a swing over bed of Ø600 mm. The machine offers a maximum turning length of 550 mm and a distance between centers of 575 mm, making it suitable for machining larger-diameter components with good stability.
The main spindle is equipped with an A2-8 spindle nose and a Ø90 mm spindle bore, with a maximum bar capacity of Ø75 mm. It supports a Ø305 mm three-jaw chuck and operates within a spindle speed range of 50 to 2000 rpm. The full power range is available from 375 to 1500 rpm. The spindle motor is rated at 11 kW for continuous operation and 15 kW for a 15-minute rating. According to the power diagram, the machine reaches approximately 16.5 kW maximum acceleration power, with peak power around 15 kW and continuous power of approximately 11 kW.
The MONO 300 SUPER is fitted with an 8-station turret that accommodates 25 × 25 mm tools and boring bars up to Ø40 mm. The tailstock is equipped with an MT4 quill taper, a Ø80 mm quill diameter, and a quill stroke of 100 mm. The machine provides a positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm, supporting consistent and precise machining performance.
