It provides a swing over carriage of Ø350 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø350 mm over the full length, and a swing over bed of Ø500 mm. The machine offers a maximum turning length of 700 mm and a distance between centers of 725 mm, making it suitable for machining longer components.
The slide system provides 185 mm of cross travel on the X-axis and 700 mm of longitudinal travel on the Z-axis. Rapid feed rates on both the X and Z axes are 24 m/min, enabling fast positioning and efficient machining cycles.
The main spindle is equipped with an A2-6 spindle nose and a Ø63 mm spindle bore, with a maximum bar capacity of Ø51 mm. It supports a Ø250 mm three-jaw chuck and operates within a spindle speed range of 50 to 3000 rpm. The full power range is available from 1000 to 2333 rpm. The spindle motor is rated at 11 kW for continuous operation and 15 kW for a 15-minute rating. According to the power diagram, the machine can reach approximately 20.4 kW during acceleration, with peak power around 18.5 kW, a 15 kW intermediate power level, and continuous power of approximately 11 kW.
