Mono 200
The MONO 200 is a CNC turning machine designed for precision machining applications. It offers a swing over carriage of Ø350 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø350 mm over the full length, and a swing over bed of Ø500 mm. The machine provides a maximum turning length of 550 mm and a distance between centers of 575 mm. Its slide system includes 185 mm cross travel on the X-axis and 550 mm longitudinal travel on the Z-axis, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min on both axes.
The main spindle is equipped with an A2-6 spindle nose, a Ø63 mm spindle bore, and a maximum bar capacity of Ø51 mm. It supports a Ø200 mm three-jaw chuck and operates within a speed range of 50 to 3500 rpm, with the full power range available from 1000 to 3000 rpm. The spindle motor is rated at 9 kW for continuous operation and up to 12 kW for a 15-minute rating. The power diagram also indicates a maximum acceleration power of approximately 14.4 kW, with a peak operating power of 12 kW and continuous power of 9 kW.
