The MONO 1500 SUPER is a heavy-duty CNC turning machine engineered for precise, dependable machining of larger and longer components. Its extended turning capacity and upgraded spindle configuration make it well suited for demanding industrial machining applications.
It offers a 500 mm swing over bed, 350 mm swing over carriage, 350 mm maximum turning diameter, 1500 mm maximum turning length, and 1545 mm distance between centers, providing a spacious, extended machining range for long components.
For powerful turning performance, the MONO 1500 SUPER features an A2-8 spindle, 90 mm spindle bore, 75 mm maximum bar capacity, 250 mm 3-jaw chuck, and 50–2500 RPM speed range. An 8-station turret with 25 × 25 mm tooling and 40 mm maximum boring bar capacity provides flexible, production-ready machining capability.
