The MONO 1000 SUPER is a robust CNC turning machine engineered for precise, stable machining of medium-to-large components. Its heavy-duty configuration and enhanced spindle capacity make it suitable for demanding industrial turning applications.
It offers a 500 mm swing over bed, 350 mm swing over carriage, 350 mm maximum turning diameter, 1025 mm maximum turning length, and 1070 mm distance between centers, providing a generous, practical machining range.
For powerful machining performance, the MONO 1000 SUPER features an A2-8 spindle, 90 mm spindle bore, 75 mm maximum bar capacity, 250 mm 3-jaw chuck, and 50–2500 RPM speed range. An 8-station turret with 25 × 25 mm tooling and 40 mm maximum boring bar capacity adds flexible, production-ready capability.
