LX 1500
The LX 3000 SUPER is a heavy-duty CNC turning center engineered for precision machining, high rigidity, and dependable performance in demanding industrial applications. It features a 710 mm swing over bed, 400 mm swing over carriage, and a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, with an extended maximum turning length of 1525 mm. The machine offers 325 mm X-axis travel, 1525 mm Z-axis travel, and a rapid traverse rate of 20 m/min, making it ideal for machining long shafts, cylindrical components, and other large workpieces with excellent accuracy and efficiency.
Powered by either an 11/15 kW Fanuc or 12/16 kW Siemens spindle motor, the LX 3000 SUPER delivers a spindle speed range of 50–2500 RPM for versatile machining operations. It is equipped with a 90 mm spindle bore, A2-8 spindle nose, and a 75 mm maximum bar capacity. The 8-station turret supports 50 mm maximum boring bars and 32 × 32 mm tool holders, while the MT-5 tailstock with a 100 mm quill diameter and 120 mm stroke provides stable support for long and heavy workpieces during high-precision turning.
Built for consistent accuracy and long-term reliability, the LX 1000 SUPER achieves 0.008 mm positioning accuracy and 0.007 mm repeatability, ensuring superior dimensional precision throughout production. Weighing approximately 6,900 kg, the machine offers exceptional rigidity to minimize vibration during demanding machining operations. It is available with Fanuc 0i TF Plus or Siemens 828D CNC controls, and its integrated tool interference, machining range, and power diagrams demonstrate optimized machining capability, productivity, and dependable performance across a broad range of industrial applications.
