LX 1000
The LX 1000 is a high-performance CNC turning center engineered for precision machining, heavy-duty cutting, and reliable productivity across a wide range of industrial applications. It features a 710 mm swing over bed, 400 mm swing over carriage, and a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, with a maximum turning length of 1050 mm, making it suitable for machining medium to large workpieces. The machine offers 325 mm X-axis travel, 1050 mm Z-axis travel, and a rapid traverse rate of 20 m/min, ensuring fast and accurate positioning.
Powered by a Fanuc spindle motor (11/15 kW) or an optional Siemens spindle motor (12/16 kW), the LX 1000 delivers a spindle speed range of 50–2500 RPM with a 90 mm spindle bore and 75 mm maximum bar capacity. The turret is equipped with 8 tool stations and supports a 50 mm maximum boring bar along with 32 × 32 mm cross-sectional tool holders, providing excellent machining flexibility for diverse operations.
The tailstock features a 100 mm quill diameter, 120 mm quill stroke, and MT-5 taper, offering strong support for longer workpieces during machining. Precision is maintained with a positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and a repeatability of 0.007 mm, ensuring consistent, high-quality results in demanding production environments.
