DTC 700
The DTC 700 provides a capable machining range with 700 mm X-axis travel, 420 mm Y-axis travel, and 330 mm Z-axis travel, combined with rapid feed rates of 48/48/48 m/min. Its 800 × 420 mm table supports a maximum safe load of 300 kg, providing added working capacity for varied component machining.
Built on a rigid, well-reinforced structure, its major construction parts use FG260 grade cast iron for optimum harmonic stability and maximum damping during cutting. Heavy ribs reinforce the base and column, helping minimise distortion while distributing stress and heat throughout the machine structure.
The BT30 direct inline drive spindle offers speeds up to 12,000 rpm, with 15,000 rpm available, backed by 5.5/7.5 kW continuous power. A 21-tool ATC supports efficient production, while positional accuracy of 0.006/300 mm and repeatability of 0.003/300 mm deliver precise, repeatable machining performance.
