The DCM 3216 is engineered for high-performance machining of large components, featuring 3200 mm X-axis, 1600 mm Y-axis, and 800 mm Z-axis travel, with an optional 1000 mm Z-axis configuration. Its 1700 mm distance between columns and 3000 × 1300 mm table provide a spacious machining area, while an 8000 kg table load capacity ensures reliable support for heavy workpieces
Powered by a BT-50 spindle with speeds ranging from 80 to 6000 RPM, the machine delivers cutting feed rates of up to 10,000 mm/min for efficient metal removal. It is available with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems and includes a standard 20-tool automatic tool changer, expandable to 24, 30, or 40 tools for faster, smoother production.
Designed for precise, dependable performance, the DCM 3216 achieves 0.020 mm positional accuracy and 0.015 mm repeatability. A screw conveyor with chip tray supports effective chip removal, while its robust 24,500 kg construction provides stability for demanding industrial machining applications.
