The DCM 2618 is designed to deliver high precision and rigidity for demanding machining applications. It features 2650 mm X-axis travel, 1850 mm Y-axis travel, and 800 mm Z-axis travel, with an optional 1000 mm Z-axis configuration. A 1950 mm distance between columns, 2600 × 1600 mm table, and 7000 kg table load capacity provide the strength and workspace needed for machining large, heavy components.
Powered by a BT-50 spindle operating from 80 to 6000 RPM, the DCM 2618 delivers cutting feed rates of up to 10,000 mm/min for efficient machining. The machine is available with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems and features a standard 20-tool automatic tool changer, expandable to 24, 30, or 40 tools, ensuring smooth operation and improved productivity.
Built for long-term reliability, the DCM 2618 offers 0.020 mm positional accuracy and 0.015 mm repeatability for consistent machining performance. A screw chip removal system supports efficient chip evacuation, while its robust 22,500 kg construction ensures stability and dependable operation in demanding industrial environments.
