TURBO 500 is a compact, high-performance machining center engineered for precise, stable and efficient production. With X, Y and Z travels of 500 mm, 450 mm and 400 mm, it provides a versatile machining range for a wide variety of industrial components.
The machine features a 650 × 400 mm table with a maximum safe load of 350 kg, offering a rigid, reliable platform for consistent machining. Its balanced construction and compact footprint make it suitable for productive shop-floor applications.
Equipped with a BT40 spindle, spindle speeds from 80 to 8000 RPM and cutting feed rates up to 10,000 mm/min, the TURBO 500 delivers fast, dependable machining performance. A 20-tool arm-type automatic tool changer with random bi-directional tool selection further supports efficient production.
