Turning Center
TMC 250
The TMC 250 is a compact CNC turning machine engineered for precise, dependable and production-ready machining. Its live-tool configuration provides added flexibility for components requiring both turning and driven-tool operations.
It offers a 450 mm swing over bed, 180 mm swing over carriage, 180 mm maximum turning diameter and 250 mm maximum turning length. The machine provides 100 mm X-axis travel and 250 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feeds of 30 m/min on both axes.
The A2-5 spindle features a 54 mm spindle bore, 42 mm maximum bar capacity and 165 mm 3-jaw chuck, with a 50–4000 RPM speed range. A 12-station VDI-30 live-tool turret, with all 12 stations driven, delivers up to 4000 RPM live-tool speed through a 2.2 kW motor, supporting flexible machining of complex components.
