The MONO 1000 is a robust CNC turning machine engineered for precise and dependable machining of medium-to-large components. Its rigid configuration makes it suitable for demanding industrial turning applications
It offers a 500 mm swing over bed, 350 mm swing over carriage, 350 mm maximum turning diameter, 1025 mm maximum turning length, and 1070 mm distance between centers, providing a generous, practical machining range.
For efficient production, the MONO 1000 features an A2-6 spindle, 63 mm spindle bore, 51 mm bar capacity, 200 mm 3-jaw chuck, 50–3500 RPM spindle speed, and an 8-station turret. With 25 × 25 mm tooling and a 40 mm maximum boring bar capacity, it is well equipped for versatile turning operations.
