The machine is equipped with a BT40 spindle operating from 80 to 8,000 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Rated spindle power options of 7.5 kW and 11 kW provide strong, controlled performance for demanding cutting applications. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with 24 tools supports quick, reliable tool changes, while random tool selection helps reduce idle time and improve production efficiency.
Engineered for accurate, repeatable machining, the Vibrant 900 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports low vibration, consistent surface finish, and dependable dimensional control during prolonged machining cycles.
