The machine is equipped with a 30/37 kW spindle delivering speeds up to 600 rpm and a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. A 12-station BTP-160 turret, 1,000 mm chuck capacity, and maximum turning diameter of 1,200 mm provide the strength and flexibility required for machining oversized, high-value industrial components with confidence.
Built for accurate, repeatable performance, the VTX 1200 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its heavy-duty construction minimizes vibration, enhances surface finish, and maintains superior dimensional accuracy throughout extended production cycles.
With approximate dimensions of 3000 × 3700 × 3900 mm and a machine weight of around 13,500 kg, the VTX 1200 offers a robust machining platform for demanding industrial applications.
