The machine is equipped with a BT40 spindle operating between 80 and 8,000 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Rated spindle power options of 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW provide stable, dependable performance across varied machining operations. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with 24 tools enables quick, smooth tool changes, while random tool selection helps reduce non-cutting time.
Built for accurate, repeatable machining, the Vibrant 600 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports controlled vibration, consistent surface quality, and reliable dimensional performance during extended production runs.
