LX 2000
The LX 2000 is a high-performance CNC turning center designed for precision machining, extended turning applications, and reliable productivity in demanding manufacturing environments. It features a 710 mm swing over bed, 400 mm swing over carriage, and a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, with an impressive maximum turning length of 2025 mm. The machine provides 325 mm X-axis travel, 2025 mm Z-axis travel, and a rapid traverse rate of 20 m/min, making it ideal for machining long shafts, cylindrical components, and other large workpieces with excellent accuracy and efficiency.
Equipped with either an 11/15 kW Fanuc or 12/16 kW Siemens spindle motor, the LX 2000 delivers a spindle speed range of 50–2500 RPM to support a wide variety of machining operations. It incorporates a 90 mm spindle bore, A2-8 spindle nose, and 75 mm maximum bar capacity for enhanced versatility. The 8-station turret accommodates 50 mm maximum boring bars and 32 × 32 mm tool holders, while the MT-5 tailstock, featuring a 100 mm quill diameter and 120 mm quill stroke, provides stable support for long and heavy workpieces during precision turning.
